XOrA Network
Terms of Service
Version 2026-09-24. Last updated September 24, 2026.
These terms are a contract between you and the operator of XOrA Network for the account site at account.xoranetwork.com. The site is the online account system for the XOrA Android launcher and Libretro emulator frontend. The game services behind the site run on XOrA Network's private game server.
Creating an account means you agree to these terms. The Privacy Policy is a notice about how the service handles information. Agreeing to these terms does not waive privacy-law rights that apply to you.
The service
An account lets you sign in, keep a profile, add friends, send messages, receive notifications, report other players, and turn on two-factor authentication. Moderators can review reports and take action on accounts. Some launcher features are still described on the site as coming later. Those features are not part of the account site until they are actually offered.
Who the service is for
XOrA Network is a general-audience service. It is not directed to children under 13. Do not create an account if you are under 13. The registration form does not ask you to check a box about your age, because that kind of box is not a reliable way to screen age. If XOrA Network learns that an account is being used by a child under 13, it will delete that account and the personal information held for it.
If you are old enough to use the service but not old enough to form a contract where you live, a parent or guardian must accept these terms for you.
Your account
You must provide a username, email address, and password. The username is your public identity on the network. You are responsible for keeping the password, authenticator app, and secret-question answers under your control. XOrA Network may lock an account after repeated incorrect passwords, and a moderator may unlock it, reset the password, or clear an authenticator.
You may link a Discord account from Security. Discord sign-in creates or signs in to an XOrA Network account. Google sign-in is not offered on the site.
When you create an account, XOrA Network stores the terms version you accepted and the time of that acceptance. If these terms change in a way that needs a new agreement, the version number changes.
Acceptable use
You must follow the Community Guidelines. You may not use the service to break the law, attack the site or the Nakama server, take over another person’s account, or interfere with other players. Moderators may remove content, lock an account, or ban an account for violations.
Your content
You keep your rights in the profile text, photos, and messages you submit. You give XOrA Network permission to store and display that material so the service can operate: showing your profile, delivering messages to friends, and showing reports to moderators. Profile photos are stored on the account server. Messages and reports are stored through Nakama.
Availability and ending access
The service can change, pause, or stop. You may stop using your account. XOrA Network may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the Community Guidelines, or that it learns is used by a child under 13.
Disclaimers
The account site and Nakama service are provided as available. XOrA Network does not promise uninterrupted access, and it is not responsible for the games, cores, or files you choose to run in the launcher. To the extent the law allows, XOrA Network is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the account service.
Changes
XOrA Network may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. The version identifier is the date at the top of the page. Continued use after a posted change applies to the new version where the law allows that. A change that requires a fresh acceptance will be recorded as a new version on the account.
